I'm a Senior Product designer at Buildxact, where I lead designs for the AI experiences team. I also teach Interaction design and Intro to coding to Master students at Monash University and i'm currently also solo running learnpte.com.

I'm mainly interested in exploring AI Agents in education context on how AI can transform learning experiences, but I'm also generally interested in learning more about the technology aspects like memory, multi-modality and spatial intelligence.

Currently actively running - learnpte.com - a platform for english language test preparation. In the past I've built getbreadth.com - a platform for ideating with creative AI agents.

Varun Prathap is a Senior Consultant in the Data Assurance team at PwC Australia with over a decade of experience across data assurance, software/mobile development, digital products and payroll compliance. He specialises in risk mitigation, payroll compliance analysis and data assurance using Python, Alteryx, SQL/PL-SQL, Power BI and generative AI/LLMs. Previously he has held roles including Manager - Digital Products (PwC Middle East), Senior Consultant (PwC, Dubai), Mobile Technology Engineer (TechnipFMC) and iOS Developer roles (Raqmiyat, InApp); he was awarded PwC's Jacques Franquelin e-innovation award. Varun holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Narayana Guru College of Engineering Manjalumoodu and completed H.S.E and S.S.L.C at P.R William Higher Secondary School and Chinmaya Vidyalaya respectively. He is a mid-level to senior practitioner who combines hands-on engineering and product development experience with domain expertise in payroll compliance and data assurance.
